Ed Dempsey is a devoted family man, married to Carina and proud dad to Matthew and Lauren. His daily walks with Coco and Caly — the family dogs who firmly believe they’re in charge — provide fresh air, thinking time and the occasional reminder that even the best negotiators sometimes have to follow the lead.

Born in Leicester in the UK to Irish parents, Ed moved to Dublin at the age of 11 and has been rooted in South County Dublin ever since. He attended Blackrock College and maintains a loyal — and frequently questioned — allegiance to Leicester City, a connection that never fails to spark friendly debate.

With over 30 years’ experience in estate agency, spanning both large corporates and boutique firms, Ed has developed a deep understanding of what clients truly value. In 2010, he established Ed Dempsey & Associates with one guiding principle: the customer ethos must always come first.
